And here, for the insatiably curious amongst y'all, are the two batches of yarn referenced in the previous post:
Not particularly accurate color, alas, since I didn't feel like futzing about with finding something dark and drapy to compensate for having the lid propped wide open by a cake of yarn, but one gets the general idea.
Since I had the scanner fired up for this, and therefore figured I might as well capitalize on the fact that I was already annoyed anyway, I also finally got around to scanning eBay headshots for the NeoPets that didn't make the cut for addition to the permanent collection this time round. (Which was basically everything except the yellow grarrl, but I sort of expected that going in.) So there's that to write up sometime in the next couple of days, so I can get that particular sack of to-do-ness out of my desk tray. You see? You see? I told you it was the temperature in my west-facing office that was keeping me from getting anything done this summer...
