So, some news on the "god I hate this apartment so much I want to die" front: on Wednesday the bank said we could be pre-approved for a 200K mortgage.

I mention this now because this morning, there was a note under our door that said that last Wednesday, this building was sold...

Funny how things work out, sometimes.
