I sincerely hope that that smell is the rain washing Neighborhood Cat's territorial pissings away, and not merely reactivating them ad infinitum from now on... Arghh. Must plant lavender seedlings as soon as it's a bit less squashy out there. But at least somebody seems to have addressed the gutter issue that's been threatening us, from the looks of things out there as the rain passed through. Mmm, homeownery concerns.
