Okay, this is one for the "...Only you, Sam" files: verbatim copy of an email I just had to send regarding a tech-support issue I'm suddenly having --

Okay, this might be the weirdest tech-support email you're ever going to get...

There's a bug in my Tactile Pro. As in, there is a living insect, an earwig to be precise, crawling around inside one clear edge of my keyboard. (picture here: http://twitpic.com/1z7geb ) So I suppose what I need to know is, what would be the best way to get it out? I tried prying up the 'enter' keycap on the number-pad, only to discover that there's no actual way to get into the space along the edge of the keyboard from that direction. It's walking around in there and it's kind of creepy... Do I have to wait for it to die and then take the entire keyboard apart from the back? It's not as if it's not long since out of any warranty that I could be voiding, but I'm not keen on the thought of breaking something, as I've loved the responsiveness and heft of this keyboard since I bought it (so much so, in fact, that I'm continuing to use it with a new deskbound MacBook)...

Srsly, this is... I don't even know. And it's right where I keep seeing it when I glance at the mouse, so if it decides to stay about there until it dies... {shudder}
