Well, the mapping's not going to be 1:1 in any case, it's more that BNW seems to have been the seed-crystal; BBC radio 4 recently updated it as a play, and it got me thinking on 'which parts of this say more about the-writer-as-upperclass-white-Englishman-in-1930 than they do about the story he thinks he's actually telling?' The meta-game on this thing is going to be the real, ride, I suspect...
