god-fucking-dammit, ups tracking says keyboard won't be here until --monday---. apparently this is some exotic use of the words 'expedited shipping' that i am not familiar with... [[goes off to rip somebody a new one]]

[[blah blah blah order specifics]] -- as i placed this order on september 28, will someone please explain to me why i paid extra for 'expedited shipping' if the 1-3 day service is no faster than the ordinary shipping service? [as you can plainly see, i needed this keyboard i ordered 'yesterday', as they say...] i would at the very least like to see the difference between the 'expedited' and regular shipping rates refunded. thank you.
