Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! Last Tuesday anon52 and I donated clothes to the needy (11 points). Last Saturday I put gum in violachic's hair (-12 points). In September I put money in karenb2's expired parking meter (14 points). In August I bought porn for deannahoak (10 points). In July I ate my brussel sprouts (1 points). Overall, I've been nice (24 points). For Christmas I deserve a pony! Sincerely, robling_t

I spoke too soon about the cold having gone away without incident; Saturday I woke up, realized I wasn't going anywhere the way I felt, and went back to sleep for the rest of the day, thereby missing the Chicago SF outing to see Aeon Flux. (Doesn't sound as if I missed very much, though.) I had to brave the winter winds Sunday, unfortunately, because there was still Stuff To Do that couldn't wait (IE my library books were now overdue); I note, in passing, that MicroCenter is still out of Tactile Pro's and DSL cords, BTW. For shame. Feeling better than I did Saturday morning now, but given the weather report for tomorrow I probably shouldn't even try to go to the regular Chicago SF meeting... :(


BTW, the liquid form of DayQuil tastes like menthol, but it has an aftertaste of coconut. Very big WTF??!? factor there, although it's great incentive to get well so you can stop taking the damn stuff.
