Did laundry. Discovered that sweatshirt had apparently been turned into a wafer-thin mint by the heat of the dryer, as it no longer fit into carefully packed bag. Pulled out everything and repacked bag. Emailed room-mates for their cellphone numbers. Screwed around for half an hour selecting and downloading a non-obnoxious ringtone for own phone while awaiting results of inquiry. Screwed around for another half-hour trying to get said ringtone into cellphone, which doesn't exactly work in the house. Programmed room-mates' numbers into cellphone.
still to do: finish writing up comments for writers' workshop, print out same, and stuff into bag. Possibly, pull out and repack bag a third time.
