polyfrog's bowling birthday party, which was fun (although I declined to bowl on the grounds that the last time I bowled, at the beginning of the move, I spent the next few days of box-moving berating myself for my lack of foresight), but later on the thought struck me that Generation X has outlived both the World Trade Center and the Concorde. Not quite sure what to think about that.
