Gaius is home, not a hair out of place -- as near as I can make out, the shock of hearing about Heath Ledger made him pop a RAM chip, but once the Nice Geniuses back at the Mothership wiggled it back into place he checked out fine, and he's even got his startup chime back, which had been puzzling me for about 6 months now. Not that we ever have $85 to spare exactly, but as repair shop adventures go, this was a relatively painless one. Now to go around stamping out all the fires that can arise when the lifeline to the outside's been in the shop for 5 1/2 days...
