Okay, I'm probably the last person in the Mac world to figure this out, but it amuses me immensely: you can drag browser tabs between windows in whatever-the-hell version of Safari I'm using. Chiefly useful for "I don't have time to read this this and this now so I'll dump it over here for retrieval with 'Reopen all windows from last session' when I'm on next", but still kinda neat.
