OK, um, yeah, leaks I can understand, even leaks in kind of random places like the hallway, sure, but the part where there's foam coming out of the wall is what's really got me scratching my head...
Given that this started about half an hour after I heard Upstairs leave for work and the bubbles smell like some sort of Product, I'm kinda thinking her bathtub drain's sprung a leak somewhere between the two units -- anybody?
