Just got back from a baffling experience trying to connect with big-spending Grandma while she changed planes at O'Hare. According to the US Airways website, flight number this, airport that, terminal yadda here, etc, everything tallied with the info she'd given us on the phone... but at the airport there appeared to be no such animal as either of those flight numbers, nor were the planes that were listed going anywhere near the two points she was travelling between. And, needless to say, no Granny ever manifested.
Very tired and annoyed by this experience, and by there not being anyone around to ask about it but the self-check machines. (Couldn't help but wonder if they'd ducked up to Albany to pick up the Bush twins again or something.) Now my grandma is going to disinherit me for not loving her enough and it's all the airport's fault...
