Snip's been standing in the kitchen sink for about half an hour. It finally dawned on me that this means that the sink is completely empty, and therefore there are no dishes/cups/implements with traces of water in them in the sink for her to take a drink from. So I filled up a bowl and left it in the sink, and sure enough, after the initial flight out from under the tap as I turned it on, she returned and started slurping heartily. Now, why she won't drink from the exact same bowl when it's on the floor next to her food dish... {sigh}
