yet more sockbabble

I sat down last night and knit a little red patch to sew over the hole in "xBeeBaby", and so far the results appear satisfactory; since it's been very chilly in here, though, I decided to put it and "xWednesday's Night Out" on over the socks I was already wearing, so your visual confirmation of the repair shall have to wait until the next time we do the wash, because it's already too crusted with cat-hair to photograph for polite company. Next two socks up will be the cranberry and gold "Gryffindor" sock I started this afternoon to take along to Wednesday's knitting MeetUp, assuming I make it out in the weather they're predicting for the rest of this week, and a "Slytherin" mate for some sense of symmetry. Haven't decided yet which of the two greens and two greys I have in the drawer at the moment to use for the latter, though. (The choices in Wool-Ease are between grey heather vs. oxford grey and green vs. spring green, so I've got a bit of swatching ahead of me...)

And yes, "Wool-Ease" has been on sale a lot lately, why do you ask...? :)
